Canvas rescaling incorrectly

Canvas rescaling incorrectly
Hello.I have bug, when I set parametres for inherited canvas rect transform and disable it mannually before start, unity change this canvas sizes and change scale to 0. Moreover, this changes saves after stop playmode. Have this on unity 2022 last alpha and previouses. When used old versions all works fine.
