A 9-year-old Detroit girl was killed, and a 53-year-old woman injured, in the aftermath of Friday's crash at a traffic light.
The conviction stems from a May 7, 2023, incident.
Kyle Bliss is expected to face three to six years in state prison for the endangerment charge.
